Leave the dopers alone

I was freezing all day at work. The office just didn’t warm up. It was 56F I believe, which is far from cold. Problem is I am dreading winter rolling in. Soon will come the dark rides home, cold walks through the city, and little to no cycling outdoors. I will have to fight boredom by riding my rollers. Seeing how long I can stay on before I go bezerk. Riding indoors is the most dificult thing to do for me. I get it done, I maintain my fitness every winter this way. It just gets harder every time. I am jealous of you left coast cyclists.. winter means 50F days and riding in wool. It’s Oct and I am already in my wool.
I am in need of one of these.

Last season I rode until the snow was too deep.

Freezing my ass off every mile. I am sure I will do the same this year. One less hit to the frozen earth with my chin tho’.

Someone had a special message for Floyd.

I am not going to rant about how bad doping is for cycling. I am not going to blame anyone but the damn dirty pushers. Lurking in alley ways with their EPO and testosterone hidden in their coats. Waving the idea of race wins in front of these poor defenseless pro cyclists. Leave the pros alone.. leave floyd alone. He was forced into it.. it was peer pressure.. He caved big deal.

Anyway. . …. . Look at any sport.. any sport. Doping is present in them all. Even in fucking race walking. Whats more surpising, the fact they were doping or the fact that people compete in race walking?

When MLB players are busted people talk about it for a week, then move on. I know this tarnishes cycling more than other sports, but why? Why does cycling want or need such a clean image? Do people dislike us so much they can’t forgive us? It’s your fault.. yeah you.. for cutting off that car last week and riding around like a hipster through traffic. You’re why we need such a clean image.

Ever wonder why no one goes after pro body builders? A raid on any of their homes would reveal a fuckin drug stash larger than most pro cyclists use in their lifetimes. Still they seem to slip under the radar.

I actually blame the media.. Well I blame the media for everything that goes wrong. Reason number 665 why I don’t have television in my home. I mean I have a TV.. Just a DVD player, no antenna or subscription based service.

Well that was a mindless rant if I ever had one. I say let em dope, let em ride and let em blow their hearts up like the old days.
