I’ve started a super secret training program

I’m eating super secret foods and secret supplements. All in order to boost my performance closer to oh so sought after elite level. I heard that Actovegin is a good one. Now if it works half as good as I’ve heard my own mixture should be better. The hell with taking an extract or drug made from calf’s blood. I am drinking straight up calf’s blood.

Now if I can only avoid being detained for the dead cows. More to come on my secret training. Although it is secret and I can only mention it and not specifics.

I’m so busy and so tired. All at the same time. Not much time spent on the bike as of late due to crummy weather and hatred of riding indoors. I should have moved to warmer climates when I relocated 8 years ago.
