Bicycle Travel Case - Biknd or Pika
I tried so hard. I wanted a Biknd Helium since last year when I first laid eyes on it.

I contacted every bike shop in my area, (in two states) and not one had done more than hear about the case. Some said they saw it, (2 of them said they saw it on my site) some heard of it but none knew where or when you could get them. I said I was told January, then February by the manufacturer. Yet no one could confirm of get their hands on it. Biknd has no retailers listed on their site, I was out of luck, and time.
I said I have travel events coming up, a lot of them. I need a new case. I have to pull the trigger rathet than wait until the last second.
After much research I settled on the Pika Pack. Not only was it half the price it doesn’t look like there is a bike inside. The last point really helps when checking it at the airline counter. Now let’s see how it holds up to travel. I bet it will be fine, as I know mutliple national PROs who use it by choice, not by freebie.
Feast your eyes on the Pika Pack

OK, so I’ve feasted my eyes but how did it work out? Any complaints, concerns? I’m in the market for a case and might get the Biknd Helium since it’s available now.

Go for the Pika.
I could not find a Helium and no local shop had even heard of it, other than from me.
Plus the Pika doesn’t scream “BIKE” when you go to check it at the airport.
