Dorel Industries’ Recreational/Leisure segment has launched a multi-faceted Worldwide Centers of Excellence program, where Bedford, Pennsylvania’s manufacturing will slowly be shifted to Taiwan by 2010, while remote offices in Lake Forest, California, Longmont, Colorado, and an IBD-focused office in Madison, Wisconsin, will be closed, as the Bethel, Connecticut, facility sees an expansion.
